CHOOSE OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Personalised support
We prioritise the specific developmental needs of young children, paying particular attention to their well-being and self-confidence.
Learning foundations
Our educational curriculum lays the foundations for future learning requirements (understanding, expressing ideas, exploring the world, etc.).
Playful and reflective learning
We give priority to learning through action and games, which encourage children to memorise and motivate them.
Multilingual and multicultural environment
Thanks to a combination of half-days in French and English, enriched by 1 hour of Vietnamese per week, divided by group: Vietnamese as a foreign language or Vietnamese as a mother tongue, we offer daily immersion in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
Development through Art and Sport
Children take part in daily physical and artistic activities to encourage the harmonious development of action, sensations, imagination, sensitivity, thought and language.
Holistic Education
Our holistic approach translates into a variety of activities – educational outings, group projects, emotional development and a bilingual environment – that encourage each child to explore their talents, work as part of a team and grow with confidence and an open mind.

FRENCH-ENGLISH SUPPORT
La Petite Ecole Ho Chi Minh City welcomes all students as long as they are comfortable with the French or English language. To help them learn the other language, support in French called FLE/FLSCO or in English called ESL is offered to pupils from 2 to 5 hours a week depending on their needs and profile, from CP to CM2.
Why do we offer this?
Your child is learning a new language and will quickly need to develop their ability to communicate with their classmates and express their emotions and needs.
Beginners will learn the basic communication techniques they will need to use in everyday life at school and in academic lessons in class. More advanced students will receive support to continue mastering all the components of the language. FLE and ESL teachers work hand in hand with the student’s teachers.
When are lessons held?
- At school, according to a timetable adapted to your child’s needs
- At home, to practise with resources provided by teachers
How is it done?
- In small level groups in the language class/in the classroom
- Through interactive and engaging activities
